"Surprisingly quick support"
I usually don’t put much faith in customer service because it often feels like they’re just trying to get you off the chat, but they actually got back to me quickly. The help wasn’t anything amazing, but it was enough to sort out what I needed

"Not as portable as I thought"
I bought this thinking it would be easy to take around, but now I’m kind of wondering if I misunderstood how portable it was supposed to be. It’s awkward to move and doesn’t fold down nearly as small as I expected. It also takes up more space in my garage than I planned for, which is frustrating since I wanted something I could use on the go

"Didn’t really give me the boost I hoped for"
I was hoping this would make me feel a bit more confident, or at least give me some kind of “okay, I can do this” feeling, but it didn’t really land that way for me. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of basic. Like, some parts made sense, but I kept thinking I’d heard similar advice before, and then my mind would wander to whether I was expecting too much from it. Overall, it didn’t really move the needle for my confidence.

It’s an okay product overall, but I’m not totally sold on how sturdy it is. The build feels fine at first, just not something I’d expect to hold up super well long-term. Also, the reminders are way too aggressive — like, I get it, you want me to use it or review it, but the constant nudging gets annoying fast.

"Putting it together was a bigger headache than I expected"
I didn’t think assembly would take me that long, but wow, it turned into a whole project. The instructions were kind of confusing, and a few pieces just didn’t want to line up right, so I kept having to undo things and try again. At one point I made coffee, forgot about it, and came back to cold coffee and the same annoying half-assembled mess. It might be perfectly fine once it’s finally together, but getting there was way more frustrating than I expected.

"Okay, but feels overpriced"
It works fine enough, but I was expecting a bit better quality for the price. Shipping was smooth, so no complaints there, but overall it just doesn’t feel like great value compared to similar items I’ve bought. Has anyone else felt like it was a little overpriced for what you get?

"Not the best for practice"
I tried using it for some basic drills, but it felt wobbly the whole time. i don’t think I’ll be using it again.

"Shipping was quick overall"
It arrived in good shape, which is the main thing for me. Shipping was fairly quick, just a little later than I personally expect, but nothing too frustrating

"Pretty decent, just a bit wobbly"
It feels stable enough most of the time, but it does wobble a little here and there. I still use it, but I’d be lying if I said I don’t think about safety sometimes.

"The training actually made a difference"
I signed up for the training kind of on a whim, after a slow morning and too much coffee. The drills ended up helping more than I expected, and I started feeling steadier quickly. A few sections did get a bit repetitive, but overall it was genuinely useful and I’m glad I stuck with it.
